LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING CENTER
INTRODUCTION:
The Life Support Training Center at Cedars - Jebel Ali International Hospital is committed to training the public and professional communities in order to improve Health and Safety in the Workplace. Through an alliance with the American Heart Association, we offer classes in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support.
All courses are designed and delivered with a hands-on approach. The learner is encouraged to practice and demonstrate both the skills and the knowledge necessary to save lives. These classes are valuable as they touch both laypersons and health care providers.
The education provided at our Training Center has the potential to touch thousands of people in their most dire hour of need. Through education, we hope to make a difference in the everyday lives of everyday people throughout the community.
Our instructors are AHA Certified and use educational adjuncts and realistic scenario-based teaching to target specific provider needs. All efforts will be made by the instructors, to ensure participants master course content, including explanations given in Arabic, Hindi, French or Tagalog.
